Label cutters and matrix removers

Label cutter

Make the most of the print area with the label slitter. Cutting operations are performed with precision by interchangeable blades mounted on a holder.

Features:

It is equipped with two 76 mm shafts capable of working with rolls of up to 250 mm in diameter. The maximum roll width is 225 mm and it is possible to obtain label lanes down to a minimum of 19 mm. It has an external 100/240V power supply and an electronic circuit that controls all functions.

Matrix
remover & slitter

The matrix remover and slitter can be used solely to strip the matrix, or as a longitudinal lane-cutting system on the label roll. Matrix removal and slitting are performed at the same time. It is specifically designed for label rolls pre-cut into several lanes and their subsequent separation.

Features:

The machine is equipped with two 76 mm shafts capable of working with rolls of up to 200 mm in diameter. The maximum roll width is 225 mm and it is possible to obtain label lanes down to a minimum of 19 mm.
